About the workshop
HP Laptop Fix is run by Creative IT, an independent repair workshop at 80 Willow Walk, London SE1. We repair HP laptops for home users, schools and businesses across the UK: screens, hinges, keyboards, batteries, charging ports, motherboards and liquid damage.
We are not part of HP. We specialise in HP laptops because so many of them come through our doors, from 20-year-old Pavilions to this year’s OmniBooks.

How long does a repair take?
Most screen, keyboard, battery, hinge and charging port repairs take one to three working days once the part is here. Motherboard repairs take longer.
Do I get a price first?
Yes. We diagnose the laptop and tell you the price. Nothing is repaired until you agree.
Can you collect my laptop?
Yes. Book online and we arrange a courier collection from anywhere in the UK, or drop it at our London SE1 workshop with free parking.
What if it can’t be repaired?
We tell you, and we can still recover your files from the hard drive or SSD in most cases.
